Texas Hospitals That Invoked the "Futile Care Law" on Patients

 

Note:This list is new and many hospitals that have invoked the "futile care law" (Health and Safety Code section 166.046) have not yet been listed. While this website is new, it might be better to call your hospital administrator to ask if patients have ever been unwillingly removed from life support as allowed under Public Health Code Section 166.046.
